1 c. quick oats
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. salt (can omit)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sour milk (made so by adding 1 tsp. lemon juice)
1 c. shredded wheat mini's (crushed to dust)
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. sugar
