SPAGHETTI PIE 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) canned tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

SAUCE: Brown onion and green peppers. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer. Cook 1/2 (1 lb.) box or use leftover spaghetti. Stir 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 eggs, and 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese. Coat noodles and mix well. Place noodles in a pie plate.

Put a layer of cottage cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then add 8 oz. of Mozzarella cheese to top and bake until melted, about 5 minutes.
