HOT CHEESE BISCUITS 
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. cold milk

Mix all above to make dough. Add 1 tablespoon more milk if dough seems dry. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen. Serve warm.
