DANISH PASTRY 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3 eggs

Cut butter into flour. Add water. Pat into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter in boiling water. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Add flour slowly, stir until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Stir until smooth after each, spread in pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes. Puffs when baking flattens when cool. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
