2 lbs. beef sirloin steak cut in 1 inch pieces 8 oz. tomato sauce 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. onion soup mix 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 garlic clove, minced 3 green pepper quartered 3 ears corn sliced in 1 1/2 inch pieces 6 cherry tomatoes In large bowl put cubes of meat. Add tomato sauce, oil, onion soup mix, pepper, thyme and garlic stir well to mix and coat meat cover. Marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Stir each hour drain meat. Reserve marinade using 6 skewers. Thread the meat and vegetables alternately. Brush each with marinade. Place 4 inch from heat. Grill for 10 to 14 minutes depending on preference turn frequently and keep moist with marinade. Serve over rice. |
