BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. broccoli (chopped, cooked and drained)
1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sharp cheese (chopped fine)
1 c. Minute Rice

Mix together in large bowl.

Topping:

1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1/2 c. melted butter

Bake 350°F for 30 minutes.
