DEEP CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 stick butter, softened
1/3 c. cocoa
1-3 tbsp. boiling water
Salt
3 1/2 - 4 c. 10X sugar
1-2 tbsp. milk
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee

In tea cup pour boiling water over instant coffee crystals; swirl to mix. Pour instant coffee mixture over butter; add 5 to 6 dashes of salt. Mix with blender on low speed. Blend in cocoa and 2 cups of the 10X sugar. Alternately add the remaining sugar and milk until spreading consistency.
