TUTA MARE SAUCE FOR LINGUINI 
1 lb. med. shrimp (cooked, peeled)
1 lb. lump crab meat (cooked)
1/2 lb. cooked boned white fish in 1 inch pieces
2 sm. cans minced clams
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. sherry
1 c. fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter
1 sm. bell pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. corn starch

Saute mushrooms, green pepper and garlic in butter for 5 minutes. In a medium size pot (large enough to hold all ingredients eventually) combine all ingredients except crab meat, corn starch and water. Simmer for 30 minutes on medium low heat, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients should not stick to bottom, and heat should be reduced if they start to do so. Add crab meat to mixture and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Add corn starch and water mixture other ingredients and continue simmering for 5 minutes or until thickened. Serve over cooked linguini or other pasta with Parmesan cheese on side.
