LINGUINI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
Linguini noodles
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped clams
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. basil, parsley & oregano

Prepare linguini noodles according to package directions. While cooking, prepare sauce. Drain clams. Use clam juice and add enough water to equal 1/2 cup. Put in small pan on stove. Add garlic (minced) and other spices. Cook on low while noodles cook. Drain noodles. While draining, add clams to juice on stove. Put noodles on plate. Pour sauce on top. Sprinkle with Romano cheese. Serve hot. Serves 4. Variations: Add 2 tablespoons tomato puree or add cornstarch to thicken.
