CHEDDAR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. instant minced onions
1/2 of 10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas
4-6 slices cooked turkey or 2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 can cheese soup
1 c. milk
1 c. crushed round cheese crackers
3 tbsp. butter

Thaw and break apart peas (about 1 cup).

Add reconstituted onion to rice and spread in greased 10" x 6" x 1 1/2" baking dish. Sprinkle with peas and cover with turkey. Blend soup and milk; pour evenly over the turkey. Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
