CORN COB JELLY 
10-12 corn cobs
4 c. sugar
1 box Sure Jell
Red food coloring

Boil corn cobs, make sure there are not kernels on cobs. Cook for 10 minutes. Measure 3 cups of liquid into a saucepan, strain cobs, add Sure Jell and bring to a full boil. Then add sugar all at once. Bring to a boil again. Add red food coloring. Mix well. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
