PEACH PRESERVES 
6 c. fresh peaches, sliced or put through food chopper
8 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained

Boil together for 20 minutes, hard. Remove from fire and stir in 2 boxes 3 ounce size of orange Jello. Cool. Put in your sterilized jelly glasses and seal with paraffin. You need approximately 5-5 1/2 pounds or 19 to 21 peaches depending on size.
