LITTLE CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit pie filling
1 sm. box vanilla wafers
Cupcake liners

Using cupcake papers, line muffin tin. Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper.

Mix cheese and sugar together, mix eggs and vanilla together. Combine both mixtures and pour into each cupcake paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

After cooled, top with pie filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
