HOT DOGS & RICE 
1 pkg. hot dogs
1 yellow onion, diced
Oil for frying
1 1/2 c. MJB rice
1 tbsp. butter
1 bell pepper, diced
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 can water
3 c. water

Cut hotdogs lengthwise, then into bite-size pieces. Brown in small amount of oil. Remove hotdogs, pour oil out, then add back to pan: hotdogs, bell pepper, onion, tomato sauce and the tomato sauce can of water. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Cook rice, butter and the 3 cups of water for 20 minutes. (Follow package directions.) Serve hot dog mixture over rice.
