ANGEL PUDDING 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 pt. sweet cream
1 env. Knox gelatin
A little vanilla

Soak gelatin in milk 15 minutes. Add sugar, 2 egg yolks and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring all the while. Let cool. Beat egg whites and cream in separate bowls. Fold all together with cooled custard. Pour into pan lined with graham cracker crumbs. Save a few crumbs to sprinkle over top. Refrigerate.
