OUR FAVORITE SWEET DILL PICKLES 
2 c. vinegar
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
12 cloves garlic
6 pts, cucumber
6 sprigs dill

Put 2 garlic cloves to a pint of sliced pickles and 1 sprig of dill. Heat vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Pour over raw sliced cucumbers and cold pack. Bring to a full boil. Let stand a little and take out. Makes 6 pints.
