TWO MINUTE PEANUT BUTTER &
OATMEAL COOKIES
 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crystal wedding oats

Combine in boiler and bring to boil. Boil exactly for 2 minutes. Remove from fire. Add peanut butter and vanilla, stir well. Add raw oats and mix well. Drop onto wax paper by spoon immediately. (Sets up fast.) If you double recipe, be sure to double everything - including the time - but do not double the butter, put only 3/4 cup butter. Kids and adults love this recipe.
