CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add celery, carrots, and mushrooms and cook until tender. Stir in flour and mix well. Whisk in milk and chicken broth, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Season with salt and pepper.
