DELICIOUS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 
1 lb. mushrooms
1 lg. onion
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
32 oz. chicken broth
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Add chicken broth and simmer covered for 1/2 hour. Let cool. Blend in a food processor or blender. Mix in whipping cream. Reheat on medium and add salt and pepper to taste.
