GINGERBREAD DOUGHNUTS 
2 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. cooking oil

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, cream, molasses and oil. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Roll out - cut - fry.
