GINGERBREAD MUFFINS 
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. honey
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1/4 c. warm water

Stir together first 6 ingredients. Combine honey, oil, egg, and water and blend into dry mixture. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
