GINGERBREAD MUFFINS 
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix the above ingredients and pour in greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
