RICE AND LIVER CASSEROLE 
2 containers chicken livers
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. Boil in Bag Rice
3 cans cream of mushroom soup

Fry livers in oil, breaking them until they are pea-sized morsels.

Boil rice. Mix liver and add can of cream of mushroom. Don't add water or milk to cream of mushroom. Bake for 20 minutes, 350 degrees.
