GRASSHOPPER PIE 
24 marshmallows
2/3 c. half and half cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. green creme de menthe
2 tbsp. creme de cocoa
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Melt together marshmallows and cream in double boiler. Cool. Whip whipping cream; add creme de menthe and creme de cocoa. Fold in marshmallow mixture. Crush wafer crumbs.

Melt butter and toss with crumbs. Press into pie pan. Save a few crumbs to sprinkle on top. Pour mixture into crust. Top with crumbs; freeze.
