GRASSHOPPER PIE 
25 chocolate wafers, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

To make chocolate crust combine cookies, sugar and butter. Press mixture into greased 9 inch pie pan plate. Cover bottom and sides. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 7 minutes, cool.

If you prefer make a plain graham cracker crust. Do not use pre made crust.

FILLING:

24 lg. marshmallows
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1 c. heavy cream, whipped (avoset in Okinawa)

To make filling combine marshmallows and milk in saucepan. Stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted. Cool mixture. Fold in creme de menthe and whipped cream. Pour into cooled crust. Freeze. Remove 20 minutes before serving, serve with whipped cream chocolate curls and nuts mixed together. Sprinkle over the whipped cream.
