1 egg, well beaten
2/3 c. sugar
Baking powder biscuit or cottage pudding
2 c. sliced peaches
1/4 c. butter

Mix eggs, sugar and peaches. To give added flavor, put 2 peach pits with peaches. Spread in buttered baking dish, dot over with butter. Cover with biscuit dough. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees. Serve with any of the following: butterscotch sauce, hot orange sauce, lemon sauce, whipped cream flavored with cinnamon and sugar.
