2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans Underwood deviled ham
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 6 oz.
1/4 c. sour cream
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
Crackers

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans and crackers. Shape mixture into a football. Chill, roll in chopped nuts. Add pimento or string cheese for decoration. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 (2 cups) cheese ball. Serves 6.
