GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
5 c. green tomatoes
5 c. cabbage
5 c. onions
6 green peppers
6 sweet red peppers

Grind and soak overnight with 1 cup salt. Rinse next day and drain. Add 3 cups vinegar, 6 cups sugar, 1 tablespoon celery seed, 2 tablespoons mustard seed and 1 tablespoon turmeric. Mix with relish and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes only and put in hot jars.
