HAM BALLS 
Have your butcher grind:

1/3 lb. cured ham
1/3 lb. fresh ham
1/3 lb. lean beef

Mix with:

1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. ketchup
1 egg

Mold into balls the size of an egg. Put in greased pan and pour 1/3 cup of hot water over them. Cook covered in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook 30 minutes more. Makes 12, serves 2.
