EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage (browned, scrambled and drained)

Mix together remaining ingredients.

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bread cubed

Add sausage and mix well. Pour in greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover and let set over night in refrigerator. Bake next morning 1 hour 350 degrees.
