EASY CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli spears
8 1/2 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 cans chicken soup (cream)
1 can mushroom soup (cream)
1/2 can water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white wine
2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Cook broccoli according to directions. Place chicken in long pan. Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can water. Spoon over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Pour off all broth and save for noodles or rice. Mix together 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and white wine. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over all. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
