RICE, CREAM AND STRAWBERRIES 
1 qt. milk
1 c. Carolina rice
1 pt. heavy cream
Sugar
Vanilla
1 pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup

Combine milk and rice in saucepan over medium high heat. Stir constantly until milk is absorbed by rice, approximately 15-20 minutes. Refrigerate this mixture until cold about 4 hours or until ready to serve.

Just before serving make whipped cream using heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla to taste. While mixing add rice mixture from refrigerator a spoonful at a time. When done it should look like cottage cheese but taste delicious. Top with strawberries in syrup and enjoy.
