SOUR CREAM AND RICE 
2 c. sour cream
1 c. long grain rice
4 oz. green chilies
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
Parmesan cheese
Oleo, to taste

Cook rice and mix with sour cream. Put half mixture in casserole, add chilies, cheese, then put rest of rice mixture on top, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, dot with butter. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
