COCONUT CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
5 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen (thawed) coconut

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla. Alternate milk and flour. Add coconut last. Makes 4 (9-inch) layers (divide dough). Bake at 325°F about 30 minutes. Frost with No Cook Icing.
