GRILLED CHICKEN STRIPS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 tsp. herbs
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Dash pepper

Marinate chicken (deboned and cut in strips) for 2 to 4 hours. Skewer accordion style. Grill about 15 minutes on low.
