DECADENT CHEESE TOAST 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 loaf French bread, cut in 1" slices

Cream butter until light; add cheeses and seasonings, blending until well mixed. Spread on both sides of bread slices. In a non-stick fry pan, saute until brown on both sides. If pan sticks, lift pan from heat for a few seconds before turning. Serves 4-6.
