GREENS AND CORNED BEEF | |
1 medium sized corned beef brisket 1 lb. collard greens 1 lb. turnip greens 1 lb. mustard greens Combine all ingredients in a roaster pan, add about 1 1/2 inches of water or so. Cover and cook for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350°F. Be sure to stir greens every now and then to prevent the top layer from becoming dry.
