EASY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (cut into sm. pieces)
1 lg. bunch broccoli (separate flowers & thinly slice stems)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger root, minced & Pared
1 can chicken broth
4 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch

Cook broccoli until tender in boiling water and drain. Lightly brown chicken pieces in hot oil and remove from skillet. Add garlic, ginger root and broccoli to hot skillet and saute for 2 minutes. Return chicken to skillet. In a small bowl combine broth, oyster sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and add to skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until sauce is thickened. Serve over rice.
