2 lg. potatoes
Tony's Creole Seasoning
Onion powder
Garlic powder
butter
Salt

Slice potatoes (round like potato chips) in baking pan. Season with Tony's, onion powder, garlic powder and dash of salt.

Place butter on top (to your liking) and pour enough water in pan to barely cover the bottom. Cover and bake at 70 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
