FRIED GREEN TOMATOES 
3 to 4 lg. green tomatoes
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Lawry's season salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
Oil for frying

Cut tomatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices. Mix flour, salt, pepper and season salt in 1 bowl. Mix eggs and milk together. Dip tomato slices in milk mixture, then into flour mixture, then back in milk and then again in flour mixture coating well. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350 degrees; add battered tomato slices a few at a time. Cook 5 minutes or until brown. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
