RHUBARB DELITE 
FIRST LAYER:

3 c. rhubarb
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix in bowl.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix salt with brown sugar, cream with shortening. Add egg, then milk. Add flour with baking powder. Put in greased casserole. Pour rhubarb mixture over dough. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with Cool Whip.
