SWEET POTATOES (Cranberry -
Apple)
 
5-6 med. sweet potatoes, cooked & peeled or 2 (18 oz.) cans drained & cut into bite-sized pieces
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

Spread pie filling in 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange sweet potatoes on top. In small mixing bowl stir together cranberry sauce, preserves and marmalade. Spoon over sweet potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
