BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 1/3 c. sugar
Salt
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir in chocolate chips and set aside. Sift together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well. Fill small cuplett 1/2 full with cocoa batter and drop a dab of cream cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
