BEEF - STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 whole boneless chicken breasts
8 pieces dry chipped beef
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 slices bacon

SAUCE:

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 jiggers dry vermouth

Flatten and halve breasts. Top each with slice of chipped beef and cheese. Roll and wrap with slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks. Bake in sauce at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered; 1/2 hour more uncovered. Turn each piece once to brown bacon.
