CRESCENT CASSEROLE 
8 oz. tube crescent dinner rolls
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt, divided
1/2 tsp. oregano
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese

Separate crescent dough into two long rectangles. Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Press over bottom. Brown meat and onion; drain. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt and oregano. Spoon meat mixture over dough. Spoon tomato sauce over meat. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine eggs, cottage cheese and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Pour over top.

Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; cut into squares.
