STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 egg whites
1/2 c. thawed strawberries (part of 10 oz. box)

Pour the cake mix into a large mixing bowl. Make a hole in the center of the dry mix and pour in the dry strawberry gelatin. Add water and oil; mix thoroughly with mixer. Add the 4 egg whites and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in the 1/2 cup strawberries.

Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until it pulls away from the side of the pan.

Frost with powdered sugar frosting made with the juice and some strawberries left in the thawed box of strawberries. Store in refrigerator. Pretty pink cake and frosting--very moist.
