CHOP SUEY 
3 lb. round steak, browned
1 onion
1 pkg. celery
1/2 green pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. bead molasses

Drain off liquid. Make gravy with liquid with flour and water. MAKE THICK. Drain 1 can bean sprouts, 1 jar mushrooms, 1 small can water chestnuts, and pour over above. Simmer with lid on as long as it takes to get hot. Serve over rice and warmed chow mein noodles.
