FAMILY FAVORITE PASTA SALAD 
8 oz. pasta (macaroni shells, elbows, etc.)
1 cucumber, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated or sliced
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 - 2 stalks celery, chopped
1 - 2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 bottle Italian salad dressing (lite dressing doesn't work as well)
Salt to taste
Any salad vegetables may be used as per your family's taste

Cook, drain and rinse pasta. In bowl, add chopped vegetables to pasta. Pour in Italian dressing, stirring until well coated. Add more dressing if mixture is not well coated. Add salt. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
