SPICY STUFFING 
1 loaf white bread, dried & broken into sm. pieces
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. hot water
1 tsp. BLAIR all purpose seasoning
1 tsp. BLAIR onion salt
1 tsp. BLAIR black pepper
1 tsp. BLAIR garlic powder
3 stalks celery, chopped

Brown sausage with onion. Add water and simmer for 30 minutes. Add spices and celery, add meat mixture with broth to bread. Mix well, adding more water if too dry. Put stuffing in turkey or chicken or in buttered pan (then cover in foil). Bake at 350 degrees until turkey or chicken is done, or bake in pan for 45 minutes.
