CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. drained, crushed pineapple
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese. Add green pepper, onion, seasoned salt, pineapple and 1 cup pecans. Mix well. Shape in ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill several hours. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Cheese ball may also be placed in scooped pineapple half.
